Spacious rooms equipped with everything you need. Amazing views, very relaxing, you can spend hours sitting in the garden/ balcony and watching the sea. Good size swimming pool with all facilities. Large gardens and surrounding areas. Private secure parking. The owner and the staff were very nice and helpful.

The property is located in the hills of Santa Domenica and you need a car to access nearest beaches, shops or Tropea, even it’s 5 minutes by car. Again there are plenty of car parks in centre.

The location, the quietness, the view and the pool!

- no washing tools like soap and a sponge are provided - in the morning the staff starts cleaning the properties and make a lot of noise by moving things. It woke us up almost every morning.

Lack of A/C in the appartment 25 minutes walk to the nearby train station and grocery shops, at least 35 minutes walk to the nearest beach, partially on main road without pavements - it applies only to tourists that decided not to use a car during their vacations (still it it is feasible, but not very much convenient)

No air conditioning in our room was huge problem, because outside was around +40. Highly recommended to upgade rooms for A/C. Very long list of benefits in your room and not logical that no A/C, so, I did not check this list precisely and ...
