"Delightful retreat in peace and beauty"

We stayed in Log Cabin number 1 and had a wonderful experience; the accommodation is warm, well appointed and stylishly decorated internally. Everything we could want for was there...including a pizza tray and cutting wheel for our Saturday night treat. The lake is a short walk across the lovely grass, with the view framed by silver birch trees. Highly recommend and would love to return.

That we had to leave and come home! Would happily have stayed forever!

Fantastic location, very peaceful, great views over the lake. Cabin was cosy and comfortably provisioned. Lots of wildlife.

Beds a bit too hard, fridge too small.
