Check out is at 10am which is quite early, although we asked to leave a bit later and we were able to which was good.

The views from the chalet were gorgeous and the chalet itself was clean and tidy. The chalets are located in a great spot for exploring and Nicks restaurant is a great on site addition! We've already started planning our next trip as we enjoyed it so much.

This is a very very minor issue, but slightly better tea towels - the ones we had didn't seem to dry anything very well which made the plates/cups etc smell funny.

Our first time visiting and we were glad we came. Staff welcoming when arrived, very happy with our chalet very spacious and clean comfortable beds, love you can sit at table look out at beautiful views definitely spectacular.. Plus, the games room is a great bonus, especially if the weather is not great. we did try out table tennis and air hockey. Also, great selections of dvd to choose for a movie which we did. Would highly recommend this place, very relaxing and peaceful. Thank you

The accommodation was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The views were absolutely outstanding. Immediate access to the lake from your chalet. It's the most stunning and peaceful location we've visited. The play area and grounds were lovely, too. We are planning on visiting again next year. But next time, book through their own website.

Living room curtains have a burn hole and a few interior updates needed e.g. curtains, wall hanging in the kitchen, star light not working in the living area. But otherwise, one of the best equipped places we've ever visited.
