Location is the only thing good i can say about this place.

When you say dirty I mean no efort to keep clean. Broken and dirty vents. My mom found hair in her covers. Smelled musky as if the door and windows never where opened. Booking should have standard and controll more the property. It was a last min booking in labor day weekend. I hold my self responsible for not finding something sooner. But I paid 400.00 for 1 night. But they should not be allowed to rent out a room of this quality for this much.. avoid at all cost.

The location

Did not have a record of online reservation. Increased rates after two days of already staying there.

Location was great! Easy walking access to the Heavenly village, Target and many restaurants and attractions. Easy to park as well. Room size was ok for two people.

The room is very outdated, and I actually could not sleep because the spring mattress was very soft and loud when moving around. They really need to update their mattresses! You get what you pay for the price.
