- organization of the campsite, friendly communication and approach from the staff - clean and plentiful toilets/showers - very convenient equipment of the tent (dishes, pillows, water canister etc.) - somebody really thought it well through to prepare for what a camper might need - approximity to the beach (very nice there, perfect for kids) - given the location in the middle of summer, the amount of mosquitos was very reasonable - good pizza in the camp restaurant - awesome animation programs for kids and adults - mini golf, table tennis - nice pools (more suitable for smaller kids, no big toboggans, but for us a lot of fun and also kept tidy) - they kept our luggage after check out so we could still use the pool and animation program before leaving

- without a car you're forced to shop in the campsite supermarket with high prices

We really liked the location of our tent and the possibility of hanging at the pool when it was too hot in the sun on the beach. The food on the premises was also nice and affordable.

We wished there were spots to wash off the sand when coming up from the beach, at least a foot wash, at least in the line of the first bungalows. We also missed having a good free wifi though being a bit disconnected was also wonderful.

Everything

We loved the location, especially the pine tree forest. The camping is exceptionally well organized , everything was well maintained and worked. We had everything we needed and not just to check them on a list. I would rate all the facilities from at least average to very good. What impressed us the most was how well tuned was the whole experience, everything seemed to be well balanced and at the right place, nothing seemed to be missing or standing on our way. Another thing I would add , for our particular situation: we needed a bigger accommodation for a last minute extra guest and although they couldn't honor the request trough Booking we managed to make the switch right there the next day. One thing we didn't like(but was somewhat understandable) was that we had to pay twice for the cleaning , although we arrived late at night , slept there and then changed the accommodation in the morning. I almost forgot , the quiet hours(night and noon) are very well respected and during this time you are not allowed to enter or exit by car. If you arrive during this time you will have to park at the entrance parking and then come later to get the car. We like this :)

Like I said before , we didn't like that we had to pay twice for the cleaning , even if we just slept there(in our own linings), didn't use anything and then switched the accommodation. Anyway, it's somewhat understandable because they don't probably have standard protocols and have no way of checking if something was used or not. One thing that could be improved, dough , would be to change earlier some of the beat up hangers, dividers, supports, etc. from the bathrooms and accommodations. They were usable but some of them had visible signs of heavy use and became not so easy to use.

Beach not overcrowded, few swiming pools, security personnel helpful.

Lack of Outdoor gym iventory, quality, needed at least pul up bar. Not confy beds, overprised mini market shop, quality of kids playground.

Very good location, right at the beach and only 8 min drive by car from Punta Sabbioni where all ferries depart to Venezia city and the other islands (Lido, Murano, Burano, Torcello). Camping has its own supermarket on site. Good swimming pool. Friendly patient receptionists.

Unfortunately this camping’s location (closeby the lagoon/water) is also is a draw to mosquitos. They try to rule them out by spraying under the trees every Thursday evening, which probably helps.I was here in September 2023 and it wasn’t that bad, but I needed to appy a fair amount of DEET to get rid of the mosquitos. At the same time I would not see it as a reason to not book here. The mentioned Pros are a bigger draw.
