Sao Mai

Though English communication was awkward, staff were courteous and helpful. Facilities were comfortable and functional. The location was ideal. The only serious disappointment was that hot work was turned off at random times, necessitating finding staff member to turn it on and waiting 15-20 minutes for it to heat. A highly recommended family business!

The lady at the reception was the nicest person we've ever met since we landed in Vietnam! The room was so clean, beds were so comfy. She even gave us a mango for free to eat (because she knew I love mangoes). She didn't tell us to pay for extra water even though she had already given us 3 water bottles for free. You could never run out of water as there's a water dispenser at the entrance. Even though she knew less English she tried her best to communicate well with us. So nice, so friendly. We miss you Sao Mai! (Also have to mention she will definitely give you free candy upon check-in)

Great location, walk right to old town very easily and super nice owners. The room was spacious (family room with king and queen beds and two balconies) Daily room cleaning and laundry service were also nice plusses. Great value.

Beds were hard for us but that is the norm in that part of the world :)

Amazing staff who were very helpful and accomodating in addition to a very good location. Also extremly comfy beds and a nice bathroom with hot water was a very nice bonus compared to previous hotels in Vietnam.

Nice friendly couple, welcoming.a'd helpful. Room is good and clean. Well located, close to attractions yet very little street noise at night I had a great stay, thank you!
