Que en la aplicación me hicieron un cobro con un descuento, sin embargo, en el lugar me cobraron una tarifa totalmente diferente y más elevada, por lo que estoy en descontento por la falta de comunicación y la gestión mala de los costos reflejados en la APP y el establecimiento.

No hacen el cobro de Tarjeta de Crédito con terminal en la Habitación tienes que ir a la oficina y no te dan la terminal para que hagas tu pago . Ahí en una ventanilla negra obscura que no se ve la persona como está realizando tu cargo.
