Could not have a picked a perfect place to stay, as we were overnighting to go to Milford Sound and Luxe Tours picked up across the street.

Nice clean, modern building with spacious rooms. Handy for Te Anau town centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Milford Sound was doable as a day trip from here and most enjoyable.

Could hear people in next room who seemed to be moving furniture around at about 4 am
