"Everything we expected was supplied"

Great breakfast is delivered to the room each day at the requested time. Different breakfast each day although one of us can't eat fish or cucumber which was included in one of the breakfasts. Lots of fruit which was good. I don't remember if the owner/manager discussed breakfast options otherwise I'm sure an alternative could have been arranged. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

"Quiet comfortable hotel to use as a base whilst exploring the Bay of Islands."

Just a short walk to reach all the local amenities. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the hotel proprieter, Trevor, was very friendly and helpful.

"We loved the location and the service we received"

Great location .

The service was fantastic . The property obviously had been closed up for a while . The “ musty smell “ was overwhelming . The windows needed to be open the whole time .

Convenient location in a beautiful spot. Thanks to Trevor who was a very friendly host and for his amazing breakfasts and hospitality, which set us up for a great day of sightseeing and exploring. As well as good advice about where to go and what to do.

Nice and roomy. Lovely breakfast. It's a bit older but well maintained. Exactly what we were expecting. Very happy.
