Perfect location with beautiful surroundings, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation is incredibly family-friendly. The staff are super nice, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to help

Right on the beach, stunning view, walking and swimming, retro hotel from the 70's.

Everything was to my satisfaction.

Spectacular location on beautiful Coopers Beach. Love eating outside at the provided table with sun umbrella. Just a few steps down to the beach for a swim, a long walk, or a read in the shade of the pohutakawa trees. Always enjoy having a coffee or meal at nearby Mangōnui Harbour. For a cheapish but cheerful dinner on a Fri or Sat night go to the Coopers Beach Bowling Club. For a more trendy experience try the Whisky and Wine Bar. Our favourite is the Thai Restaurant.

Nothing I didn't like. As we know from previous stays, the accommodation is quite dated but it's clean and has everything we need.

Location is right on the beautiful beach. The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed/decorated and well provisioned with new equipment for a self catered stay

Hard to find fault but there’s no need to change sheets/towels for short term stays

It was old and water pressure quite low but that is what you would expect with an old property

The location is great just at the beach. The view extraordinary ! Tania was lovely and welcoming.

The rooms we were in, need to be updated or even completly redone. The carpets are worned out, the bathroom and kitchen, very old too. In one room there were no lights at the bed.
