Tony was so welcoming and made us feel at home right away, we were able to borrow a dvd player and the hobbit to watch before our trip to hobbiton. clean, super comfortable! great location, a quick walk to food & supermarket! highly recommend :)

We had an incredible stay at Broadway Motel! They truly live up to their slogan, 'Home away from home.' A special thank you to the owner, who received us so warmly upon arrival—it made us feel welcome immediately. Both the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth and stress-free. ​The rooms were absolutely spotless, spacious, and perfect for the kids. It’s rare to find a place so genuinely kid-friendly; they had games available to keep the little ones busy, and the playground was a huge hit. The swimming pool was also sparkling clean, and we appreciated that all the amenities and toiletries we needed were provided. ​The location is unbeatable—walking distance to the city center, Woolworths, the information center, and plenty of great eateries. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay.

Great location, lovely room with personal touches. Property well maintained and very family friendly and welcoming. Lots of information in the room about things to do and see, restaurants to enjoy. They've gone to a lot of effort to make it an enjoyable stay.
