我們訂的是帳篷但是後來給我們升等所以非常棒的體驗 房間的大小設備都非常棒而且貼心

就是貴了點，還有遊泳池不能用

مكيف الغرفة كان يكب مكعبات ثلج / حرفيا/ لكن سريعين في الاستجابه و نظفى فلتر المكيف و تم علاجها بشكل فعال

Ashar Valley is a beautiful experience. Surrounded by beauty you really feel like your in another world with quiet and tranquility all around you. A wonderful escape and not too far from the excursions/old town/Hegra and other activities. We rented our own car and found it super easy to explore outside the hotel as well. We did explore as much of the property as we could and would recommend the hotel do more Ashar Valley activities for others to enjoy.

We would have liked better services bicycles to have better enjoyed the property. We made due with what they had available but were expecting the Banyan tree standard of bike access. Rock pool was closed and our kids were not even allowed to go see it so that was a bit of a disappointment.
