Molto bello il contesto, molto tranquillo e rilassante,stanza veramente carina.

La stanza per terra non era pulitissima, inoltre avevo chiesto in reception 2 cuscini in più. Dicendo che mi sarebbero stati recapitati la mattina dopo in camera. I cuscini non sono mai arrivati

Hottub it wasn't cleaned enough, so we had to do it ouselves. The water diverter switch is stuck due to limescale, I managed to fix it myself.

The reservation confirmation email I received was written only in Croatian and contained incorrect information referring to a different bungalow. When we entered that bungalow, it had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests. I sent a written request asking for an email in English with clear instructions for check-in, but I did not receive any response until the moment we left the property. Eventually, we were accommodated over the phone in another bungalow. Unfortunately, the conditions there were unacceptable: the toilet seat was broken and ants were coming out from every corner of the bathroom, even from behind the mirror. In addition, the restaurant staff refused to arrange a table for our group of 12 people. Instead, we were sent to the smoking area and were told to carry our ordered food ourselves from the kitchen located on the upper floor. Overall, the lack of communication, the poor hygiene conditions, and the unacceptable service made our stay extremely disappointing.

Zanimljivo je jer je bungalov skroz uz jezero. Pogled je lijep, gušt je gledati labudove i slušati prirodu. Restoran je blizu što je veliki plus.

Bungalov je u biti vrlo malen. Krevet je za dvije odrasle osobe poprilično malen ukoliko očekuješ komociju. Ručnici koji te dočekaju su takodjer maleni. U sobi je jacuzzi, a trebao bi se koristiti jednim omanjim ručnikom. Dočekala nas je potrgana WC daska koju nismo mogli koristiti jer bi svaki put kad bi sjeli na nju- pričepila kožu. Smatram to nedopustivim za cijenu noćenje koje je. Nekada smo koristili wellness sobu iznad apartmana koja je imala saunu i jacuzzi te vodeni krevet- to je bio potpuno drugi doživljaj i potpuno druga priča od ovog sada. Koristila bih to i sada ali rečeno mi je da više ne postoji. Nažalost. Takodjer, bungalovi su jako blizu jedan drugome što automatski oduzima privatnost- posebno ako se osoba smještena do tebe utabori ispod tvog balkona i peca ribe na jezeru kao što je bio naš slučaj. Iskreno...sve skupa- blago razočaravajuće. Omjer plaćenog i dobivenog po meni- ne drži vodu.
