Hot tub was nice and clean

The lodge was extremely dirty when we arrived, bed sheets and bathroom where covered in hairs, floor hadn’t been swept as we could feel and see crumbs ect sticking to our socks. Cobwebs where everywhere and furniture had been clearly well used. Very disappointed as we had stayed here the previous year and it was brilliant hence the reason why I booked again but won’t paying the money to stay again.

Great stay, nice and clean. Communication was absolutely fantastic. Had everything we needed for a little January get away.

Check in and check out times. You lose a day. Don't understand why check out can't be later especially while its the quiet time. Apart from this fantastic stay. Will definitely be going again.

Peaceful relaxing break, hot tub was lovely.

I felt like the property hadn't been fully cleaned. The skirtings, floor and shower and the bin were dirty.
