Fijne centrale ligging van de accommodatie. Veel faciliteiten op de camping. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie omgeving. Verzorgde en goed onderhouden camping.

"Cleanliness and customer service very disappointing"

The pods were nice and so was the bar area which seemed newly refurbished

Dirty floor in the pod, dirty shower and toilet blocks, dirty swimming pool. Pool closed on the Monday despite no mention of it during booking, late response on communications meaning I could not arrange for early check in, pool closed another day for obscure reasons ( chlorine level rocketing which is unheard of). All this meant with "this is unfortunate" by the staff we no real empathy
