The chalet was spotless and a peer at base to explore canner sands and Rye

Chalet was well equipped, very quiet part of the park, kids loved the bunnies, lots to do.

Immediate surroundings needs attention, no heating, food in the resort poor. Nothing to do with the chalet I know..but needs a mention.

We had a lovely stay at this holiday chalet near Camber Sands Beach with our family. The location is absolutely amazing—just a short walk to the beach, which made it perfect for our family to enjoy the sand and sea. The chalet was well-equipped with everything we needed, including kids' plates and even breakfast supplies waiting for us in the fridge. Kelly's hospitality was outstanding, making sure we felt right at home.

The only downside was that it felt a bit too expensive, but overall, the convenience and amenities made it a wonderful experience for a family getaway. Especially considering the great sleeping arrangements. We would love to return!

A pleasant and clean chalet with lovely touches. The linen and bedding smelt fresh and clean. The beach towels and extra bath towels were a blessing, especially on the day we had heavy rain! The location was perfect, quiet, but within easy reach of the parks' main hub. The bonus was the side gate we used to access the beach and local restaurants and pop-up pizza van! Shore Thing has been added to our go-to list of places to stay for some respite. We will be back! Thank you, Kelly x

With the side gate open until 8pm access to the sandy beach was fantastic. The chalet was perfect for a small family. The grass area outside was great for letting the children run around while we got ready. We were very happy with our stay.

My only small suggestion would be some fans for the bedrooms but we could have taken our own if we had thought about it.

Not knowing that you had to pay for activities upfront or the best way to pay for them.

Great location, very friendly and helpful host. Chalet nicely decorated and had everything that is needed. Dog friendly.
