It was very clean and had everything we needed. When we had an issue with the a fan in the bedroom it was quickly resolved.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Lovely park in a beautiful setting. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Friendly staff & good facilities. Great for families too.

Bed was uncomfortable. Prices for food & drink were very expensive. Almost £72 for 3x fish & chips, 2x soft drinks & a glass of wine. Maybe if you stay for longer is ok for once or twice as you would probably self cater or go out to eat. Having said that, the food was very nice. Cost of swimming pool £3.50pp is alot for a family wanting to swim each day. However, the outdoor was lovely & clean.

Location was excellent, just a 15 minute walk to Charmouth beach which offered a small amount of interesting shops and a fossil information centre to suit something for everyone’s budget. We found this the most informative place, if you are interested in buying fossils or finding out more about them. The views from Newlands was great, lovely, clean location. Swimming pool was nice although keep in mind that you need to book the indoor pool for access to both indoor and outdoor pools, there is a cost per person. The shop onsite was affordable, with a small selection of items you may like for lunch which was nice, like ready made cobs or sausage rolls. Having towels, washing up liquid and a tea towel already in the accommodation was very handy as well as early check in. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The restaurant was beautiful, great view, but very under utilised. I would say this area let down the park. It has a good menu, but is unnecessarily expensive for both food and drinks, and the amusement/games area could be a little better. There could be some earlier entertainment on in here too.

Nice lush grounds for kids play, good location, peaceful. Swimming pool is nice, good atmosphere. Close to lime regis with good bus connection (don't try cars, parking is a nightmare). Foosball table, arcade with games, softplay, great number of facilities to keep kids entertained.

no great "flat" area, the environment is hilly so balls will roll strangely for eg football. Restaurant food quality was a bit mediocre, clean, but pizza was not cooked very well, rice was overcooked.

Staff were wonderful and polite, grounds were nice and facilities good.

Paying extra for the pool and only being able to use it for 1hr at a time
