الموقع جميل للاسترخاء في احضان الطبيعه وراحة موظفين متعاونين ومرحبين بالاخص الاستقبال الموظفة شروتي وموظف المطعم شارات والاكل لذيذ والاسعارجيدة

للأسف انقطاع الكهرباء اكثر من مرة ولو انها ترجع في دقايق بس مزعجة والسبا لم يردوا على الاتصالات مع انه اكثر من مرة في اوقات مختلفة

The location of the hotel was very photogenic. Beautiful mornings and evenings and rain was added bonus. The hospitality and staffs were helpful and very courteous. The food was good. Special thanks to F&B team and their manager Jitin, you guys went out of your way to ensure the mistake made is resolved ASAP and made our stay more pleasant.

Calling reception for all kind of requirements - housekeeping supplies and cleaning.

The location was amazing as we booked a dam view. The infinity pool has a good vibe in the open. The dam in the front and the mountain in the back makes for an amazing location. The food was good throughout. There is a good spa facility within the premises, although its a bit pricey.

The staff didnt inform us about the high tea facilities even though we stayed for 2 nights, although they compensated by offering complimentary dinner.

A silent place away from crowd, with great views and good hearted staff.

Excellent property. Great location. Good amount of activities to do at the property itself.

The buffet and food can be better. The quality is getting compromised. Neither is the layout properly coordinated nor the taste of most of the food up to the mark.

Had an absolutely amazing time at mountain shadows ❤️
