"Great location but equipment and service needs to be improved"

Great location on the bottom of a big sand dune Warm outdoor pool from a hot spring with super nice candlelit area around Owner was friendly and brought us free tea to the room in the evening

Owner barely speaks english We booked a room with breakfast, but didn't get it. In the morning (8 am) on both days nobody was there and another guest told us, one has to wait untill the owner is awake and that the day before breakfast was served at 11 am, which we didn't want to wait for. No toilet paper, shower gel and towels No wifi Hot shower in the room didn't work (only cold water) but we didn't ask to fix it because of the non english speaking staff Very noisy in the evening due to partying groups spending the evening and camp on the area which were probably other guests of the place

Location is magical, right on the edge of Siwa with the desert stretching out in front of you, the room is big and comfortable fitted with warm Bedouin blankets for the cold night. There is a hot spring you can use whenever you like. The staff are amazing, and made our stay so comfortable with tea, coffee & breakfast. Mr Ahmed the owner is always there and happy to help organise lifts to the centre of Siwa or attractions. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few days to relax in somewhere beautiful and remote please choose Hayaat you will not be disappointed.

Ahhhh we had an amazing stay, we were treated like queens. Really we had everything we wanted for the perfect stay. Hot spring, fire, desert, sunset, sunrise, amazing music amazing host and I highly recommend doing the 4x4 desert tour. It was the highlight of siwa.

"The right place for a perfect Siwa holiday"

The location is amazing, the hot springs where you can enjoy relaxation and healing effects of the desert. Ahmed the owner is always available and supportive, you can ask him about anything and he will help and guide you. The whole property design and location is just perfect for families, couples and solo travelers.

There is nothing there that we didn’t like ! We lover everything
