Northern Lake Lodge

Il northern lake lodge è un must per chi viene al Cairo. Oltre ad essere una fuga dal caos della città, é un'ottima luogo per soggiornare in un ambiente unico come quello del deserto. La struttura è perfetta per chiunque: io sono stata con la mia famiglia e ho avuto un'esperienza molto positiva. Le stanze sono pulite e comode fornite di tutto il necessario. Consiglio vivamente di fare colazione in struttura, avrete l'occasione di gustare la tipica colazione egiziana con vista su un campo di ulivi e il deserto sullo sfondo. Il personale è fantastico, gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Per chi arriva al Cairo, c'è la possibilità di chiedere il transfer fino al lodge comodamente in auto privata ad un prezzo onesto. Inoltre, consiglio vivamente il safari nel deserto proposto dalla stessa struttura: vivrete l'esperienza unica di passare una giornata nel deserto, facendo varie tappe in vari punti panoramici. Se vi capita Walid, allora l'esperienza sarà particolarmente bella. Ahmed, il gestore della struttura, è particolarmente disponibile e vi farà sentire a casa. Se volete passare una notte nel deserto di Fayyum, allora il Northern Lake Lodge è il posto da scegliere.

Everything was beyond wonderful. So thankful for everything!

Only minor thing, if I had to say something, is that sleep was interrupted a little with barking dogs.

An idyllic retreat in a beautiful spot. Very comfortable bungalows and wonderful food. We were looked after exceptionally well.

Beautiful peaceful area with comfortable accommodation. Ahmed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous, the safari tour with Waleed was incredible and we really enjoyed the boat trip.

Ahmed our host was so welcoming! He was helping us with everything we needed, he made us feel like home! The place is magical, very quiet and feels like you are home away from home. Sustainable, warm, comfortable is the best choice for your visit to Fayum. Ahmed helped us book all our activities making everything smooth for us- we couldn’t ask for a better stay !

운영자가 바뀌면 달라지는 많은 숙소들과 달리, 여전히 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 저녁식사(별도 요금), 아침식사 모두 정말 맛있어요. 직원들이 정말 친절합니다. 요청하면 방 앞에 모닥불을 피워주시고, 방갈로는 화장실이 현대적이고 침구류도 깨끗하고 방에서도 별을 보며 잠들 수 있어요. 아침에는 지저귀는 새 소리와 염소 울음을 들으며 밥을 먹을 수 있어요.

겨울에 투숙할 때 느낀 공통점인데, 소음 문제가 있습니다. 롯지 자체에서 만드는 소음이 아니라 주변 다른 숙소에서 너무 시끄럽게 음악을 밤 늦게까지 틉니다. 행사장 처럼 볼륨이 커요. 아침에는 옆방(3호실)에 묵는 분들이 아침에 아주 크게 음악을 틀었네요 땅이 울릴 정도로. 조용히 쉬고 싶은 투숙객들을 위해 자제시켜 주셔야 할 것 같아요. 성공적인 여행이 절반은 소음때문에 망쳐지는 기분입니다.
