After making your reservation, you will receive instructions for key collection directly from the property. Please note that electricity and water usage are not included in the rate. Electricity and water usage will be calculated on check-out and invoiced accordingly. Please contact the accommodations in advance if you want to check in after 16:30. Please note that special conditions may apply for bookings of 5 units or more. Please note that guests are welcome to bring their own bed linen and towels or request a laundry package at the property for an extra charge of 20,50 EUR per person, per stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 19.0 per person or bring their own. A deposit may be required at the property.
