Service can be faster. And make a proper way to reach the Glamping, since you are charging so much. Make the way better.

Location was very beautiful. Very peaceful, calm and quiet .

Most annoying was guest smokers as seperate area for smoking must be designated and for drinkers as well. Trekking must be maintained as it is too risky at some points. Children must be included in free breakfast as they are also booking members as they asked for members at the time of booking . There was no play room for children as stated and claimed. There must be provision for Wi-Fi network.

The view was nice.

The service was appalling, the staff showed disregard for bleeding , and failed to consider it as a serious concern. Even basic amenities(including food and water ) were not provided well. Worst staff, ruined our experience. They were ignorant to the orders that we did. They were ignorant to the type of camp that we demanded to them ( as it was totally vacant for the time being we were there). Over promised!!! Under delivered!!!

Packing was the biggest issue, I have to park my car on road and it was damaged by someone. Can't claim my losses from anyone. So people who are going by own car, not recommend as parking being done on road side

Krishna was absolutely friendly and a great kid. He helped us amazingly. Jagmohan was very co-operative and helpful with everything.

To reach the property one needs to do a very difficult trek. That's the only con.
