Great jacuzzi (extra price), great view, comfortable bed, tv with YouTube and Netflix.

The only thing I can say is that due to the fact that this is not a concrete building, sound insulation is not the best, so you tend to hear things like hunters or motorbikes in the distance. But it's completely logical and nothing extreme.
