The staff was very rude.

Located close to the CSIA airport. Good for those who have to spend extended time waiting for connecting flights or other means of transport.

They should enforce quiet hours inside the rooms.

Value for money. Good enough for spending a night after my arrival from the airport.

The cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom could have been better.

Room is very very congested , you can barely stand

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is close to the airport so would be ideal for a single night if you have an early flight in the morning.

The single room is not really a room at all. It is a tiny section of a room that has been partitioned off with plasterboard. It's more like a dormitory, except you can't see the other guests (you can hear them though.) If you are over 6 foot, you'll be taller than the partitions. It takes about an hour in a taxi to get to downtown Colaba/Churchgate. If you intend to use it as a base for exploring Mumbai, I recommend staying elsewhere.
