Self Checking: Für das online-checking mussten wir für jede Person ein Formular ausfüllen, das nicht sehr benutzerfreundlich ist. Die Information zur Schlüsselbox war perfekt und gut verständlich.

Unkompliziertes Check-in. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, Lage

Dass nach 22 Uhr eine Gruppe Hotelgäste kam und im Treppenhaus vor den Zimmertüren Gespräche führten und lachten. Da kann die Unterkunft aber nichts dafür. Das ist mangelnde Rücksichtnahme von Hotelgästen.
