I booked the chalet for my sister, who was visiting from out of town. I often drive by the motel and was always intrigued by its quaint, nostalgic vibe. The owner was very nice and accommodating regarding check-in and check-out. The room had a stove, fridge, microwave and all the dishes my sister needed. The location is very quiet, in a residential area. It is a block away from a corner store, gas station, tabagie, pharmacy and one of our favourite coffee shops. There is also a restaurant/pub and pizza shop within walking distance. You can also walk down to the lake and sit at parks along the lakeshore. I highly recommend the Beaconsfield Chalet Motel.

The only thing I noticed was a strong smell of cleaning products. I opened the windows for air circulation before my sister arrived.

L’emplacement et le jardin

Un peu d’amour serait bienvenu. La petite galerie n’avait plus son plafond. La télé n’avait pas accès au câble. La propreté pourrait être améliorée.

well appointed room with all the comforts. Only thing missing was a hair dryer.

My only complaint would be other patrons smoking right outside their rooms. The smell filled my room.

Sweet unit, very clean, very good amenities, excellent location, good price

The unit smelled too much of cleaner used or air freshener, it was very overbearing, I actually got a headache. I would love to stay here again but could not if that smell is always present
