"It was okay"

Room was clean.

It was on the second floor, regardless of my request to be on the main floor. I struggled to get my luggage to the room.

"Good nice hotel for a stay!!"

The location was good - I have stayed at the motel when I first moved in Cold Lake, and was a good experience then as well. The motel was clean and bed comfortable!! The service was also very good and professional.

The price was right. The location is great

The shower didn't work, but maintenance came in and fixed it. And the A/C was not working very well.

"Wouldn’t let us check in never heard of that from a hotel as they cashed there till out"

This place won’t let you check in after 11pm we where wanting 6 rooms around midnight we arrived in town and was told they already did night audit so they coul’t do anything for us wouldn’t recommend stayin here as I never had a front desk deny check in because it was after a 11pm even thow there was some one at front desk
