"Great food and people, okay facilities."

The restaurant is the best feature. Great food, with homemade breads, the best bacon I’ve ever tasted, and somehow—at this latitude—everything was fresh.

The log structure means the rooms are small and dark.

Everything from the cozy, clean room to the friendly owners who made you feel at home and the great home-cooked food in the cafe, including giant cinnamon rolls and French toast, made our stay outstanding.

"Very unwelcoming staff, coffee only available for purchase, room spartan & lacking basics, but clean"

room was clean and spacious

staff was very unwelcoming and rude (owners?), no coffee in room and none in the "lobby" unless you purchased a cup for $3.25! very spartan room, no shampoo, lotion, conditioner, etc.
