Atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom!!!

O carro fica longe do quarto, tem que caminhar até o quarto, o banheiro não tem uma saboneteira e não é fornecido um shampoo. Falta um secador de cabelo no banheiro.

Eu gosto das acomodações de 120 reais com ar condicionado, são confortáveis, porém de um tempo pra cá o ar condicionado nao esta funcionando como deveria. Comuniquei para a atendente da recepção, ela foi muito grossa e nao solucionou o problema . A opção que ela deu foi me transferir pra uma suíte mais cara onde tbem o ar nao estava refrigerando.pessimo atendimento.

O ar condicionado que nao esta refrigerando esta apenas ventilando. E os funcionários vao no quarto e teimam que esta tudo ok! Com muita grosseria e nao soluciona o problema
