The accommodation was not Lily of Nageen but Shalimar group of houseboats. The property was different from the photographs. The bedroom and bathrooms were cramped. No clean sheets on the bed. It only had woollen blankets possibly used by many! No heating either. We left without a bath the next morning. There was confusion at check in as well. We were taken to one houseboat, then we were told that is not the one, they did not know who Ajaz (host) was! We were then checked into another boat by the same person!

AUAbsolutely loved our stay here! All the staff were very helpful when there was any issues they aimed to please. The hospitality we were shown was beyond expectations. The breakfast was great and we were even fed dinner a few times! Besides how beautiful the houseboat is decorated the location is magical, very peaceful. The way the house boat sits every room has an actual lake view which is unique from most other boats in Dal or Nigeen lakes! Thanks Imtiaz, Meraj and Ajaz
