This property has exceptional service along with incredible staff members that ensure that your experience is a pleasant one. They have a local shuttle that picks you up to make a stress experience of getting there.They were more than accommodating with me and my fiance as we stayed in the stone bath ryoken. The property was quiet and wonderful, the food was amazing and carefully thought out and we even had a in room message. The view was gorgeous. My fiance had left her ring there and they have been so accommodating to even ship it to our next hotel. Highly recommend giving this place a try, you will not regret it

房間可以直接看到伊東海景，餐廳是獨立的，也可以看到海景，服務非常周到，有會講中文的人員，價位是真的不貴，房間內的溫泉非常非常好，早餐挺好，晚餐跟早餐有做兒童餐，隔音很好，小朋友亂跑也不會影響到隔壁房間的人，房間陽台坐著很舒服

行李箱要扛下樓，但是工作人員會幫忙，晚餐雖然覺得跟預期的比較有點弱，但也不錯，溫泉的溫度沒辦法很方便的自己調整，一段時間後會自動補熱水，有時候怕小孩覺得太熱

工作人員都很和善，有任何問題都會耐心回答。歺點一天比一天好，充滿期待😊

雙人床太小，被子太小，還好有暖氣，並且臨時換了一床羽絨被。

露天風呂付き客室で予約したが、サービスや食事も満足。
