高圧的な従業員が居てる 大浴場の脱衣所が髪の毛、ナプキンなどつま先で歩かないといけないくらい汚い 夕食、食べるものがほとんどなく補充もない、今まで多くのバイキング、ビュッフェ利用した中で1番最低

The staff were really friendly and helpful despite our poor Japanese. The buffet was really good value (including alcoholic drinks) so worth adding it onto your stay as there aren't many places to eat in the area. We just added this on at check in. Facilities are really fun - use of a games room with ping pong tables, pool tables and karoake booths. Book karaoke at check in as it books out fast and we missed out! Room had an incredible view.

Night staff wouldn't let us book a karoake room despite only half the groups turning up for their slots. There should be an option to use the games facilities if people don't turn up for their sessions. Room also was a bit dated and smelt a bit funny as other reviews say, but was fine overall.
