Omoideno Jinde

Some of the best Ryokan experience I've had in Japan. The staff were very involved and you really feel cared for. We stayed for 2 days and the menu was always different and kept surprising us in a good way. You can really see Mount Fuji from their panoramic onsen and we really liked the fact that all of their onsens are private so you can stay with your partner. On the first day of our stay they seemed fully booked and yet we were always able to get an onsen for ourselves.

Staff welcomed us very warmly upon arrival. We got to enjoy the open air bath all by ourselves. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Loved our stay!

The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Even with tourists they made an extra effort to translate, communicate and help to make sure we felt at ease.

Its a bit disconnected from the surrounding towns. Not a big issue if you have a car or plan on just staying for one night.

They were exceptionally amazing! Their level of service went far beyond expectation, demonstrating genuine care and anticipation of our needs. This authentic, selfless Japanese Omotenashi—hospitality provided with a whole heart—made us feel uniquely welcomed and valued. They are the heart and soul of this establishment. In summary: If you are looking for an experience where exquisite dining meets unparalleled relaxation and is delivered with the most gracious, thoughtful service, I wholeheartedly recommend Omohideno Jinde. We cannot wait to return.

very clean, cozy and cute, lovely tea in the room as well as hot water. the outside shower and bath were amazing and the water from the hot spring is so nice! we had breakfast and it was amazing!

it can be very noisy depending on the guests.. we were near the reception so people always walking by and people would be talking and noisy all night long in their rooms or even in the onsen which you could then hear in the hallway and into our room. They do provide ear plugs and lots of other little extras. I felt the price was a bit high for our room as it didnt even include breakfast.
