You cannot complain much due to a very affordable price. Its OK for a night or two to sleep.

There were no shampoo or soap in the toilet. Also it is a bit noisy due to the proximity of the road. But again for the price paid you cannot really complain.

Nothing, they should change job

I drove my motorbike 8 hours from Italy, got to Bihac at 1 am. We agreed I should find the key on the desk. No keys. The owner didn't reply to my phone calls. I tried to find another hotel but all of them were closed. When I decided to leave the city to nowhere , I saw the last hotel and I tried to ring the bell .. I was able to sleep in Bihac at the rack rate. Never again never again never again, I wish you could experience in your life what means not to find the keys after driving a motorbike 8 hours in the fog
