Easy access, very clean and very quiet.

All of the basics were well met. This had the potential to be much more comfortable than it was.

Agh! The air conditioner was so noisy that we could not run it and sleep - and it was a cold night! But not only our aircon. Even with ours off, the noise levels were very high because more than one of the adjacent air conditioners was similarly noisy, and given the cold, people were clearly using them regardless of the noise. This disturbed our sleep. And although this was a lovely big bed, it was as hard as a rock! It is the very hardest bed that I can ever remember sleeping in, reminiscent of camping out on a mat in the bush! These two points were of such significance that they markedly marred what could have been a very much better satisfaction rating
