Clean room and bed, shower was much more than I expected, it was hot and great pressure.

The bed smelt like urine when I turned the sheets down.

The staff were nice and the gardens were lovely. The communal kitchen had everything needed to cook.

The pool, BBQ and tennis court were all unusable even though it said they were able to be used when I booked.

Whilst relatively small the room, including the separate bathroom, was exceptionally clean and there was a desk and single recliner. Set back from the road the unit was very quiet and outside there were bbq facilities and a covered area served by good lighting.

Whilst there was a toaster, electric kettle and microwave there were only 2 small cups. There were no plates or cutlery, so you will need to bring your own. Given its location away from the town centre you had to drive some distance if you needed to purchase food.
