We stayed overnight in Ayr At Planation motel as we were going on to Cairns. upon arrival we were greeted by the manager (lovely lady). Nothing was a chore when we asked for something. So pleased that we chose that motel.

The bed was too soft for me.

"Clean but very noisy"

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

It was very loud, I could hear everything from the guests in the rooms either side. The room blackout curtains give you no option to let in natural light without everyone outside seeing inside your room. The staff were nice but very loud talking and laughing while outside the rooms. I couldn't sleep and ended up checking out early.
