Location is good.

The family cabin was not clean. The carpet in the main bedroom had big stains. The couch in the sitting room was very dirty.

The Firepits, beautiful surroundings, very friendly staff :)

Staying in a cabin neighbouring others, despite many cabins being empty. However I understand it makes sense from a cleaning point of view.

"A steal for a weekend escape"

We got an amazing rate for a 2 night stay in May - really cheap. The cabin was well equipped and warm, and we found the location to be excellent; a 5 minute drive into town and Smiths beach. There was also a bike/walk path from the park straight into Cowes too. We loved getting the 50% off voucher to go to A Maze'n Things (provided by the park) and it was only a short stroll from our cabin. Also, only across the road from the the Koala Conversation.

The cabin was a bit outdated, and the beds weren't the most comfortable, but there were lots of works happening at the park with everything being renovated so i'm sure it's just a matter of time. Also we got such a good rate we felt that despite the comfort, it was excellent value for money and we'd definitely go back. Also a little bit of road noise is the pay off for an excellent location.
