This location is very easily reached, peaceful and relaxed. It's the second time I stayed here. I was very pleased to book for a second visit, but wasn't expecting that the block I'd previously stayed in had been extensively renovated and was even cleaner and more comfortable than I'd been expecting. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well. Staff are very nice and relaxed, and I was able to extend my stay by a night. Beautiful area, short drive into Cowes for all amenities.

Location was great - right behind Amaze-n-Things and a brewery, and opposite the Koala Sanctuary.

The tv aerial was held together with tape, making it awkward to watch the footy when my 3yo went to bed, with the signal cutting out at times. Would be a $10 fix to get the correct aerial connection.

The staff especially Deb is so accommodating and kind. We wouldn't stay anywhere else, It must be the park lane nature, eveyonw is always absolutely beautiful
