Boa Hill Surf House

Me and my wife loved this isolated and quiet place, with an amazing view of the ocean and the waves break. Axel, the owner, and his family have created a place on the hill that has been a dream for a long time and being part of their dream was a privilege and an honour. The cottage is very private, no one around disturbing you, very comfortable and very spacious. It's not a luxury cottage as the real luxury here comes from Nature so you must love nature for loving it. I would like to mention as well that a big company is trying to privatise all the Boa beach , including the access from Axel's cottages and if it's not happening is because Axel and his family are standing up for their rights and their home. I hope that more people will come to enjoy and stay at Axel's place as well as a form of protest against the super rich company that doesn't want anyone (even local people) at Boa beach except their guests!

We stayed at Boa Hill Surf House for a week. We booked the room with the balcony which was super private and comfortable. It was relaxing and beautiful looking out over Boa beach, and a very convenient walk down to the ocean. The staff were lovely and accomodating, breakfast was delicious and we had dinner there one night which was beautifully fresh and homemade. Axel was very helpful, organising transport from the ferry, and organising a scooter for us. He always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a relaxed, private, down to earth place to stay then look no further!

Great breakfast, premium location and view of the surf

The room has an amazing view, and very private as the rooms are stand alone bungalows separated with trees between and far apart. the food was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect. Would love to return.

The water pressure for taps & showers was very weak, and at some points not working

ロケーションが最高です。部屋の窓からBoaの海が見渡せます。部屋からビーチまで歩いて2分です。朝食以外も食事を頼めるので、他に行く必要はないです。ベットメイキングも希望すれば毎日行ってくれます。 空港送迎も手配してもらうことができました。

この宿に限らずロテの宿はみんなそうかもしれませんが、部屋に冷蔵庫がないです。

Merveilleux séjour au Boa hill surf house ! Axel et son staff sont extrêmement sympathiques et de bon conseil. L'emplacement, la vue sont incroyables, la plage de Boa absolument superbe à 3mn à pied. Supers petits déjeuners et plats proposés ! Nous avons adoré Rote pour sa beauté et son charme tranquille. Un endroit comme il en devient rare, mais "chut", ne le dites pas trop quand même autour de vous afin que ça le reste...
