Il y’avait un cafard dans ma chambre, et celle-ci n’était pas très propre quand je suis arrivée. J’avais la chambre numéro 1, et donc c’était très bruyant tôt le matin.

NZLe Pirate Beach Club is one of those places you kind of want to keep on the lowdown, least it be overrun by tourists! A magical setting, with well thought out & functional outdoor spaces. A lot of attention has been paid to planting & lighting, so at sunset & into the evening the property really transforms into something quite wonderful. The staff are super friendly & helpful. Special mention here must go to Eko, one of the younger staff, who was exceptional with friendliness & service. 5 stars Eko! Also must just make a shout out to whoever selects the music - a fab Playlist for this resort! Oh! And really good coffee! Le Pirate will definitely not appeal to everyone - the resort is small, a bit of an effort to get to & the cabins are basically & TINY - but for us, it was near perfect. We will return!
This wasn't a negative for us, but it's worth expanding on the above comments. The cabins are really small - they fit a double bed & that's about it. The bathroom is outdoors at the back of the cabin, but is partly covered (not sure how it would be in heavy rain!). Having said that, again the cabins were well thought out with hanging space & a luggage rack high above the bed. We would've been a bit screwed without that!

AUWe ended up not staying The staff were great but the rooms were soooo small I had to get on the bed to walk around my husband No were to put our bags But lovely staff nice location Just the rooms 👎
Small rooms

We knew the rooms were small, but there was nowhere to storage luggage or toiletries. Even though we only travelled with backpacks. We had a issue with a leaky aircon that we had to leave our room while they tried to fix it, then it leaked again and we had to move rooms, this was at 11pm. Compensation was one free breakfast.
