Motel Kolo

Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek. Basen mały, ale na ilość pokoi wystarczający. Pokoje czyste. Wifi działa. Klimatyzacja działa. Nie było się do czego przyczepić. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma w szczególności młoda dziewczyna. Polecam i na pewno wrócę. Przy okazji smaczne jedzenie w restauracji

Basen i widok na rzekę . Dopłaciliśmy , aby mieć większy pokój z balkonem i lepszy standard .

Skromne śniadania , tylko jajka w różnej postaci i owoce każdego dnia. Personel wyglądał na przemęczony i my jako goście hotelu nie mogliśmy korzystać ze stolików na tarasie . Sprzataczki w pokoju i łazience nie wyrzucały śmieci .

Ponuda jela za ručak/večera odlični, cijenovno pristupačno.

Omlet bi moga biti malo bolji, premasan.

Staff was pleasant. They allowed the kids to stay at the pool after check out for a few hours, while we were at the restaurant next to the river.

Upon arrival we were charged the "bed tax" in cash, yet the staff never asked for our passports or identification documents, which means they kept the money for themselves. Also, the bed tax was charged for kids who by law are exempt for paying the bed tax. This raises concerns about whether our stay was properly registered with the tourism authorities and whether the tax was actually reported. I believe it was not. Furtheremore, the air conditioning in the room was another a major issue. Whenever it was turned on, it produced an extremely loud noise, comparable to a helicopter flying. It was unbearable and made it very difficult to rest or sleep comfortably. Cleanliness was also below expectations. The tablecloths in the restaurant next to the river were visibly dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned or replaced. Overall, the property needs significant improvements in transparency, maintenance, and hygiene standards.
