Bali Marina Villa's - Amed

We loved the property,the Villa was very spacious, we had the most amazing breakfast here among of our entire stay in Bali, and we stayed at several places. We rented a scooter, so it was very easy to find our way around Amed. The location of the Villa was also great, nice restaurants around. The best part of our stay was the staff of the Villa, they were all amazingly kind and helpful

A beautiful villa, amazing staff, a perfect place to holiday. Great views, would definitely stay again!

Nothing, however if you have mobility issues there are a lot of stairs. But that is normal for the area.

Definitely Kadek and his team are remarkably kind, welcoming, helpful and they prepare an excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. The view is awesome, the pool is nice and kept clean, it is surrounded by bougainvilleas, frangipanis and other tropical plants.

The closest sand beach is quite far away, there are quite a few steps to reach the villa, but this is what makes the view so beautiful. There could be a few upgrades with the furniture (mainly long chairs covers) and fixing the deck by the pool.

Great, super attentive staff. We felt very comfortable. The villa had a wonderful view overlooking the sea through the garden. It was a great start to have the tasty breakfast on the balcony. Initially, the place did not have a cot for our baby but they were kind enough to organize one and did not charge anything for that.

A bit of touch up / repainting the walls could upgrade the villas

Beautiful room, good bed, gorgeous bathroom, sublime view and very efficient and kind staff! What is not to like! We only had one stay but we would go back there if we ever come back to Amed!

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Staff were Excellent and happy to cover our every need. The villa had a great location across the road from the beach. Our room was very clean, spacious and had a lovely ocean view and a balcony. Loved the bathrooms and the food was incredible.

Absolutely Nothing

The Villa was so beautiful and peaceful, well taken care of. Surrounded by flowers and plants with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The swimming pool is small but lovely, clean and functional. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so pretty and clean. I slept with the calming sound of the sea waves at night and woke up with the singing of the birds in the morning. Plus the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but tasty with fresh fruit juices. All the staff there were lovely, sweet and helpful, they always greeted us with a beautiful smile in their faces. It is not located near the “Main Street” of Amed but it is located just 10 minutes on foot from the infamous “Sunset Point” where you can admire a breathtaking view of the Bali sea with the magnificent volcano Agung in the background. We walked to Jemeluk beach (famous for snorkelling) from the Villa which was just about 20 minutes enjoyable walk (along the road but there was little traffic so it was totally fine). There is a beach right under the Villa as well, you just have to cross the street and you are already at the beach where you can have a swim or do some sunbathing. For snorkelling I would recommend Jemeluk beach which is fairly close.

The substantial number of steps to reach the Villa, But this wasn’t an issue, as the staff happily carried our bags and food up to our Villa and so quickly you hardly notice. The steps also make it private and safe from the street.

This objectlooks great on photos, but its really dirty live. They did put us in different room than we booked, and for present we did got animals inside the rooftop. They been running, scraping, making sounds and screems so we couldnt sleep at all at night. When we asked for another room, after 2 and a half hours of not responding, they gave us stikny room with wet sheet, dirty, stained yellow pillows. Also dont need to tell that whole apartmant was hundrets of insects, and 4 loud 20cm long geckos who can bite to bleed. Inside apartmant!!! Not a suprise after all, shower didnt have warm water at all, and was full of insects so you coulnt step inside without stepping at least on 20 weird centipedes. We spent our night sitting outside and waiting for morning. Hoped to find another place but internet didnt work at all!!! Place was like a horror movie! We left as soon as we did catch some internet... and becuase of staffs poor english we couldnt comunicate well what is going on, we just left. This place dont deserve such a high rating!!!
