Black & White Cottages

I regret to say that my recent experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff exhibited rude behavior and a negative attitude throughout my stay. Additionally, despite reporting issues with the air conditioning in two rooms, the problem was not adequately addressed. Instead of resolving the issue, the owner suggested I look for accommodations elsewhere at the last minute. Overall, the lack of professionalism and disregard for guest comfort make it impossible for me to recommend this hotel to others.

Staff were great and very helpful, short bikeride to turtle point (where we saw lots of tutles)

The free bikes didn't have brakes, and we issues with the chains - if we came again we would hire better bikes.

A beautiful stay away from the busy center of Gili T, far enough away to not be woken up by the mosque in the morning, but still only 5 mins away by bike. The garden and the rooms are decorated in a beautiful theme. Nice clean room, good AC, clean pool, very friendly staff and a good price!

Everything was good. The room was really clean and pretty, The location was also nice. I was a very good stay.

Where the people are good, everything is good.
