Jepun Didulu Cottages

For a very reasonable price, you get so much more than you would expect, and you're supporting a local family business rather than a big company. The cottages are located in an amazing, well-kept, jungle-like garden and there is a small but pretty pool. There are just a few cottages and guests, so you enjoy much privacy and personal approach. The on-site restaurant has a limited menu, but the food is delicious. Virgin Beach is within walking distance (30 minutes), where we were recommended Warung Queen, which has sun loungers and everything you might need. But above all, we were given a very hearty genuine welcome when we arrived in the middle of the night and were supported during our stay like members of the family. We cannot thank you enough for these unforgettable opening days of our journey around Indonesia – thank you Mangku, lovely Iluh, Bagus and the rest of the team for making our stay so special!

Super accueil dès notre arrivée.le personnel est très gentils et souriant 😃. Pein de petites attentions envers nous. Les drivers très sympathiques prêt à vous emmener dans les endroits superbes et authentiques. Bagus est un des drivers qui nous a partagé l'histoire et la culture de Bali. Nous avons passé de superbes moments avec lui, nous en garderons de très bons souvenirs. On a pu fait de la pêche en snorkeling c'était génial. Mille merci.

Si on doit dire quelque chose, juste dans le petit déjeuner les pancakes sont en réalité une crêpe.

Noisy Geckos

A beautiful boutique hotel with artistic touches at every turn. Wooden structures, lovely artwork and artisan carvings. The garden and pool area were tended to lovingly. Mangku and the staff were so friendly and made us feel at home instantly. We rented a scooter and spent a day at Virgin Beach and visited the nearby monkey temple. Mangku drove us to our next destination and we had a lovely chat with lots of laughs. A beautiful stop at the Water Palace en route.

The wifi was patchy in our bungalow but worked well closer to reception.

The staff are always very helpful and it's a lovely place to stay if you're in that area.
