Szilas Park Motel

Stanza veramente minuscola, abbiamo dovuto spostare i letti, altrimenti non c'era spazio per aprire la valigia, il bagno aveva un lavandino così piccolo e incastrato tra la doccia che era difficile da usare.

The property was fine, the rooms were clean and modern with basic amenities covered. Check in was relatively easy if a little confusing. The rooms felt secure.

There’s no physical reception but the staff aren’t very easy to contact. The call button in the entrance was ignored for some time when we arrived and the response to communication through booking.com was slow. There is also a transfer service to the airport advertised, but no details are given. When I enquired about this the response was “Hello, we can help you” but nothing further, even after I followed up. Luckily Ubers were available and easy to organise but I specifically booked this accommodation thinking transfer services were available. The lack of communication was disconcerting, especially as the property is very remote and only reachable by taxi or private vehicle. Bedding needs replacing, the pillows were very lumpy.

Very communicative and welcoming host. Helped us with everything we needed. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We felt very good. Thank you.
