The best place to stay if u like camping !!! small place, super comfy bed, very very clean. Owners are the sweetest people ever, so friendly !! my friend left his phone in our uber and the owner instantly helped us track it down in his car !!! ❣️❣️❣️had such a nice stay during the stormy rain and thunderstorms! beautiful 🙏🤩

The couple that run it are so kind. The bed was comfortable, the shower warm. The location was great. Close to the main area, but quiet. Easy walk to the railway to start most hikes. I highly recommend a stay here.

The vibe is unmatched. Loved the owners, they are very chill. There aren’t a lot of tent so it won’t be too crowded. The camp is just a few minutes walking out the centre of Ella. If you like this kind of experience you would love it in here. We also ended up getting a massage at the spa nearby (run by the mother of one of the owner), it was a very nice massage for a good price.

There wasn’t something I didn’t like, but maybe I’d say it could be a little bit uncomfortable for some ppl. You don’t have your own bathroom and you leave the backpacks in a tent, not locked. But I guess that ppl bothered by those thing wouldn’t book this place. (For the security topic, they told us there is a camera filming the tent area)

Sleeping in the tent was amazing, the air in Ella is super clean and fresh.

Very unique stay in Ella, not far from the busy centre but still very quiet. We loved the location. The tent was spacious enough for two people and their backpacks :-). We loved sitting at the owners restaurant (Aura cafe) where we chilled most of the time, just watching squirrels and birds and playing cards. There was a chill vibe and the owner and his girlfriend were very sweet and worked hard. They cooked good food as well! We even got free dinner because it was the Sinhalese/Tamil New Year!! Toilet/shower was very clean, cleaned often!

We didn’t dislike anything but it is good to know that clothes don’t really dry because you are outside all the time and it can be a bit humid. We didn’t mind, we love camping and know this is part of it :-).

The common space looks very nice, there was breathtaking views around, there was a kitchen so that you can prepare some tea etc by your own. There was a possibility to order some food. The owner was very kind. There was warm water in bathroom.

As it is a 'camp' and you sleep in a tent it was a bit cold at night so we needed to wear more clothes to have comfy sleep and actually the whole place is outside so there is no place to warm you up.
