Rodeway Inn

Roadway inn canceled my reservation without my knowledge.

It is run down. The door had gaps allowing air & bugs in/out. The door also hard to open. Didn’t feel safe considering given the unit closest to the street. The location is literally right next to the main road and vehicles constantly traveling by through all hours of the night/day. The bathroom door got stuck from the inside and wouldn’t open. Someone had to push it open from the outside so we had to keep the door ajar at all times when being used. The only reason we stayed was no vacancy anywhere else within 100 miles of our destination. Wouldn’t stay here again. Try the Best western or any other place instead

After a certain hour, you can only go to a window that has a 1 inch opening and the guys speaks at 3 decibels, I made him repeat 10 times each sentence and at some point I was just nodding like yes let's move on because the door is 3 feet from me but apparently it's too risky for you to open it and have a civilized discussion... The room is DIRTY, about 10 steps from the main door to the bathroom to the bed, our feet were absolutely covered in black particles, disgusting...We showered and used our shoes from the shower to the bed, and then in the morning from the bed to outside. I've never seen a room that dirty, please vacuum the random crumbles on the ground and pass the mop big time to clean it up. The mattress is terrible, you can feel the springs, it's really not good. The fridge is pushed next to a desk instead of below is so it's taking already very limited space in the room...

Got many bites from bed bugs

I loved the cleanliness of the room. The air conditioner was fantastic! I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. Suspect this may be our stop monthly!

An extra blanket would be nice
