Was dirty, smelt, no hot water or heating no bedding. Owner blanked us when we complained

Where do I start, the whole place was filthy, we had to wash EVERY utensil and plates etc as they were very oily and not clean, offered swimming pool entertainment etc only to find out from the Lyons staff that we booked through booking. Com and we weren't entitled to any passes, so false advertising and very disappointed as we were looking forward to swimming. Oh did I mention that they don't have a swimming pool, only a splash zone, another lie. Spent 2 days trying to get the central heating to work, we did message the owner a few times but met with 1 answers to our questions!! There were 2 fire and carbon monoxide alarms, 1 had the battery hanging out and wasn't working, the other was a dead battery, nice and safe. .NOT. Another message sent asking to get 2 batteries ASAP met with a one answer of OK, but they never did. Double bed spring had broken on edge of bed, no linen ,we had to supply our own duvet covers and pillow cases. Stay away from this caravan!!

GBNice caravan in a quiet location. Toilets linked to main water so flush normally. Toilet paper and bedding was available- nice surprise.
Had to wash pots, pans, plates etc before use as they were left dirty. We then left ours dirty so at least the cleaners would know to do them right. First time in a caravan so was not sure what to expect.

GBNeighbours who lived next door. Also the cleaners don’t do a very good job, food between cushions on the couches, socks under the beds and don’t think the floors had been cleaned at all.
