This family owned and operated motel is a fun place to stay. First off, we had a very late arrival and they took excellent care of us, including coming out to direct us to the best parking spot for our room. The staff was top notch! The music room was really cute and funky, we loved that they are going the extra mile to make a unique experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the history of the building provided in the in-room documentation.

Very clean room, comfortable mattress. Breakfast snacks. Very pretty little lake and nature preserve nearby.

It is very very basic, we had to ask for a new room because our AC was broken, which they were able to provide. We were grateful because the temp in our old room was 87 degrees and we would have had to abandon it and keep driving.

It has cute room themes. Under the Sea was mine. Also western, hippie, fantasy etc. Neat room. AC works well. Will stay again

The water sounds from next doors bathroom were audible. Toilet very low - like sitting on a first grader’s chair. Closest food is gas station market 1 mile down road.

After a day in the desert "visiting" Area 51 we actually slept in one of the old airbase buildings as the information stated. The town is actually quite nice with two Gas Stations and as it seems a small lake. Anyhow the room was Alien themed and quite different, we had a good nights sleep, one night. And left early morning.

It had different vibes getting there late evening, but our room was ready and all we needed was a bed. I skipped the complimentary coffee in the morning in got some at the gas station. The shower was one of those ready-showers built in but water was warm and nothing to worry about.

Room was very clean and very good accommodations.

Everything was good.
